The Five Best Pumpkin Recipes on Pinterest

I love pumpkin: pumpkin bread, pumpkin spice cake, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin butter, pumpkin pie… you name it. I even love to add canned pumpkin puree to my oatmeal in the morning.

Many people consider pumpkin a seasonal food, usually consumed in the Autumn, but I enjoy it all year long.

Below, I have listed my favorite pumpkin recipes on Pinterest for you to enjoy.

I love pie, but I hate pie crust, which is why I love this Impossible Pumpkin Pie. It is all of the good stuff with none of the (I think) icky crust.

A great pumpkin roll is hard to beat, but I’ve never been good at making them. I love this recipe and Lauren’s trick of using parchment paper is genius.

I first tried pumpkin soup at a University Christmas dinner theater performance. I loved it but had no idea how to make it. I have tried a few different recipes, but I like this one the best.

I never liked apple butter, so I figured I wouldn’t like pumpkin butter. Then I tried it and discovered pumpkin butter is AMAZING. It is delicious on toast, pancakes, heck- even right out of the jar!

Nice list! I also love pumpkins, especially soups, cakes and spicy pumpkin latte! ♥ Ohh, that’s the most delicious drink for a winter time! And I am happy, that pumpkin has it own special season. Without that, pumpkin woud’t be so special! 🙂
